THE Co-op supermarket in Fore Street, Wellington, held an Easter colouring competition with chocolate Easter eggs as prizes.

Children from Court Fields pre-school entered and won the first three places.

The Co-op’s window was filled with the designs and the supermarket said it made a colourful eye-catching display over the holidays.

The winners, who were excited and delighted to collect their prizes, were: 1 Deanne, 2 Michael (not in photo) and 3 Lily.

Court Fields Community Pre-School manager Sheryl Higgs said: “Thanks to store manager Mark Jones for putting on the competition involving the community.”
