Apple Bay Bar & Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Three Bridges Farm, Bradford On Tone, Taunton was given the score after assessment on September 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Somerset West and Taunton's 275 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 211 (77%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
