THE steel frame has been completed for half of 16 new industrial units on the Westpark 26 business park in Chelston, Wellington.
The units in what is being named Summerfield Court have a focus on distribution, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing businesses.
The terrace on the south block forms half of the planned development of high quality, energy efficient, flexible spaces.
