THE sun shone for Oake’s fete and car boot sale at Oake and District Community Hall.

The event is expected to raise about £2,500 for Oake, Bradford and Nynehead School and Oake and District Community Hall.

The event included lots of stalls and attractions, barbecue, licensed bar and teas.

Entrance was only £1 and children were allowed to attend free.
