THE curtain has fallen on the Wellington School production of The Wizard of Oz, earning high praise from all who attended.

From the very first step onto the Yellow Brick Road, the cast of Year 7, 8 and 9, pupils transported the audience on a magical journey to the Emerald City.

A spokesperson for Wellington School said: “Congratulations to all the cast and crew involved in the show, a brilliant way to round off the term. With double casts, munchkins and a glittering array of costumes, talent and exuberance, it has been a riotous week of fun and frolics in the Emerald City.”

The sold out performance was held at the Great Hall on March 30 and 31.
