FORMER Wellington footballer Brooke Aspin was the hero for Bristol City who won their first match of the season in the Women's Super League, beating West Ham 3-2 away yesterday (Sun).
Aspin, 18, who went to Court Fields School, headed the winning goal in the 55th minute as City collected their first points following four successive defeats.
Aspin is currently on-loan from Chelsea for the entire season.
