HIGHFLYERS Ashbrittle and Crowcombe clash in the main match of the day in the first division of the West Somerset Cricket League on Saturday, August 15.

Watchet entertain Bridgetown, Morebath are home to Bagborough while Over Stowey visit Sampford Arundel.

In the second division, Lydeard St Lawrence are home to Churchinford, Stogumber play Winsford while Cutcombe visit Stoke St March.

In the third division, tabletoppers Minehead have a blank weekend while Over Stowey are home to Carhampton.

The big clash in the first division the following weekend is between Watchet and Ashbrittle who will be chasing a double over their rivals, having beaten the seasiders by a massive 136-runs at home in June.

Ashbrittle piled up 306-5 in their 40 overs with Luke Williams hitting 166 not out, a knock which included 14 fours and 12 sixes, and then bowled out Watchet for 170 with William Barrington taking 5-45 and Oliver White 4-40.
