CHAIRMAN Mike Hall is again expected to be in charge of Wellington’s side for Wednesday’s away match against Buckland Athletic in the Premier Division of the Jewson Western Football League.

Wellington have been without a manager since Tornado Bello quit just before the season started, having lost two pre-season friendlies.

The club have advertised the post with applications closing on Tuesday, July 28.

Wellington, who have lost most of last season’s first team players, are currently bottom of the table, having lost their opening three league games (4-2 at Bovey Tracey, 4-0 at Shepton Mallet and 3-1 at Ivybridge).

Shepton Mallet top the table on goal difference from Clevedon Town, both sides having won their opening three games.

Wellington face a string of away matches before they can play home games in September because they share their ground with the local cricket club.
