WELLINGTON will again be without talented defender Mark Cornish for tonight's (Wed) home game against Clevedon Town in the third round of the Les Phillips Cup (7.45p.m.).

Cornish, one of the best defenders in the Toolstation League and last season's Supporters' Player of the Year, has been struggling with a knee injury since before Christmas.

The tie was to have been played at Clevedon but has been switched to the Playing Field. The teams will be playing for a place in the quarter-finals. The match sponsors are Nynehead Court.

Wellington are also home on Saturday - to fourth-placed Shepton Mallet in the Premier Division of the Toolstation League (3p.m.).
