WELLINGTON gained a dramatic 3-2 home win over Ashton & Backwell United in the Premier Division of the Toolstation League yesterday (Sat).

Second-half substitute Tom Burt glanced home the winner in the 93rd minute after good build-up play by Jake Quick and Glen Wright.

Wellington's other scorers were Jake Quick and Sully McKenna.

Wellington have now collected 13 points from a possible 15 and have moved up to 12th spot in the table.

Meanwhile, Rohan Poulsom was the star of Wellington Reserves' 4-1 away win over previously unbeaten leaders Upottery in the first division of the Devon & Exeter League.

Poulsom snapped up all four goals as the Reserves stretched their unbeaten run to 11 matches.
