FOLLOWING a pitch inspection and video consultation with the match referee, Wellington’s home game against Brislington in the premier division of the JewsonWestern League today (Sat) has been postponed because of the poor playing surface.
Wellington will try again to play their first league game of 2026 this coming Wednesday when Street are due to visit the Carly Press Ground for a league game.
Wellington Reserves were due to play away to Exeter University Reserves in the Premier Division of the Devon and Exeter League but, this too, has been called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
There is no game for Wellington A.
