WELLINGTON Reserves are assured of finishing third in Division One of the Devon and Exeter Football League, after ending their season with an unbeaten run of 14 matches.

They finished on 41 points, made up of 11 wins, eight draws and five defeats in a sound creditable season.

The squad, built on youth and experience under the management duo of Nick Buttle and Adam Watson, will have to wait and see if they will be promoted to the Premier Division.

The Reserves are holding their end of season night this evening.
