THE Lings of Nynehead will have three representatives at the World Universal Trench Shooting Champi- onships in France next month.

It follows the success of Abbey, her husband Ed and his younger brother Theo at the British Grand Prix at Nuthampstead Shooting Ground in Hertfordshire.

Abbey won the women’s title with 188 out of 200 clays, Ed won silver in the men’s event and Theo won bronze in the junior boys.

Last month Abbey and Ed became European champions – the first time a husband and wife have achieved this feat.
