PITCH Plate Rejects have stretched their lead to eight points at the top of Division A in the Blackdown Hills Skittles League following their 42-pin away win over Thirsty Farmers - with Martyn Lever top scoring with 71.

Matt Woollacott knocked 73 as Sociables moved up to second place with a 15-pin victory over Hairy Ringers.

In Division B, Bashers are the new leaders after they beat Half Moon by 12 pins in a top of the table match with Brendan Kingston hitting 68.
