FORMER Wellington rugby captain and No 8 Micky Norman (pictured) has joined National Three (SW) side Hornets.

Norman left Wellington at the end of the 2015-16 season after losing the captaincy to Dan Smythe-Moore and played for Bridgwater & Albion last winter.
