WELLINGTON Squash and Racketball Club are holding an Open Day on Saturday, September 9.
It is being held to promote the club in conjunction with the Mayor’s Squash Marathon which starts at 10am. Everyone is welcome to go along, either to watch or play the mayor Gary James for charity. The premises is in Corams Lane next to the rugby club.
The club is actively seeking new members of all standards. You can either play socially at our weekly members’ club nights or coaching sessions are available. We also run competitions and support two teams in the South West League. Junior sessions are also held for youngsters wishing to develop their skills. We are in the process of twinning with the Heraklion Squash Club in Crete with our first event in October.
The club has two good quality courts and a newly refurbish social and bar area. Why not keep fit while enjoying yourself! If you cannot attend on Saturday please feel free to attend any Wednesday from 7pm during our weekly club night. Or see http://wellingtonsquashandracketballclub.co.uk/ for more details.
