IT WAS another blank weekend for Wellington's cricketers with both matches cancelled because of the damp weather.

Wellington 2nd XI were due to play at Broadway and Horton yesterday, while the firsts were to play at Teignmouth today.

It means Wellington go into their league games this coming weekend with all six of their pre-season warm-up matches cancelled.

Wellington's first team play at Chard in the Somerset Division of the West of England League on Saturday while Wellington's second string are home to Trull in Division Four.

Wellington 3rd XI are away to West Monkton in Division Seven Red.
