WELLINGTON include their two latest signings - both from Bishops Lydeard - in their squad for tonight's (Tues) game away to Shepton Mallet in the Premier Division of the Toolstation League.

They are Josh Lukins, 21, a central midfield player, and Jordan Hayman, 20, a six foot five defender.

Both Wellington and Shepton were involved in away draws on the opening day of the season - Wellington 2-2 at Helston and Shepton 1-1 at St Blazey.

Wellington's assistant player-manager Jack Porter said after his side's draw: "It was a nightmare trying to sign on players during the week. But it was all worthwhile. I was over the moon.

"We have tried to sign players who are determined not to get beat - and this showed at Helston. We were 2-0 down at half time."
