WELLINGTON will be back in rugby action tomorrow (Sat) when they play away to Truro in Regional Two South West in a game originally to be played at the Athletic Ground which is, instead, staging its annual firework night.

Wellington will be looking to end their lean spell against a side struggling near the bottom of the table without a victory this season.

Wellington have scored plenty of tries this season but their defensive play has cost them dearly, as did the Somerset Cup tie at Bridgwater this week which they lost 18-16 after leading 16-3.

Danny Lee, who was rested for the cup tie, should be back to skipper Wellington.

Wellington 2nd XV have a derby game away to their Wiveliscombe counterparts in Counties Three Somerset South, with only two points separating the sides.

Wiveliscombe lst XV, who have lost all three of their matches in Counties One Western West, play away to Tiverton who have won three and lost three of their six matches. Wiveliscombe are seven points adrift at the bottom of the table.
