THE rugby friendly between Chepstow and Wellington scheduled for tomorrow (Sat) has been called off.

Wellington's secretary Ashley Colman said today (Fri): "Both clubs were having difficulty in putting out a side so it was agreed mutually not to play it.

"So many players at the moment are on holiday, playing cricket or unavailable.

"However, our home game against Bridgwater & Albion tomorrow week is definitely on. We're all looking forward to it."
