WELLINGTON'S home game against Nailsea & Tickenham in the Premier Division of the Toolstation League this afternoon goes ahead (3p.m.).

It follows a 9.30a.m. pitch inspection after overnight frost.

Wellington will be looking to avenge a 4-0 away defeat by their rivals in mid-August when Wellington were certainly not at their best.

"We're far more competitive these days" said vice-chairman Graham Aspin. "But we're not getting any luck."

It will be Wellington's first game of 2024.
