WELLINGTON’S Toolstation League game at home to Buckland Athletic scheduled for this afternoon (Sat) has been called off.

The decision to postpone it because of the state of the pitch was taken this morning following a pitch inspection.

With the prospect of further rain, it was decided not to risk playing the match on an already saturated ground. Five other games in the Premier Division have also been called off. 

Wellington will, hopefully, be back in action when they play away to Cheddar in the second round of the Somerset Premier Cup next Tuesday.
