EMERGENCY services rushed to West Buckland on Monday (July 21) following a reported sudden death.
Air and land ambulances and police services gathered at the site on Monday afternoon to attend to a reportedly “unsuspicious” death.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 16:24hrs [4.24pm] on July 21 to an incident in West Buckland.
“We sent two double-crewed land ambulances, an air ambulance, a first responder and a doctor to the scene.”
The police said: “We received a call from the ambulance service reporting a sudden death at an address in West Buckland at around 5.55pm on Monday, July 21.
“The death is not believed to be suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
