REPAIRERS will be visiting Churchinford Village Hall on September 27 when the Blackdown Hills Repair Café returns.
The every other month repair café rotates between Hemyock and Churchinford with the same level of service and eager repair crew on hand to help fix items rather than see them thrown away.
Textiles, electrical, jewellery, bicycles, woodwork, sewing machines, sharpening services, and others will be on offer from 10 am to 1 pm.
Repairs are free, but donations are welcome, although there is a small charge for sharpening at £3 per item for knives and gardening tools, or five items for a discounted price of £12.
A spokesperson said: “We look forward to seeing you.
“The kitchen will be open for bacon sarnies, cake, and refreshments.”
