AN OVER 60s exercise class is welcoming beginners for a September taster session.
Founded more than five years ago, the Wellington Over 60s Exercise group offers town locals low impact physical activity for strength and flexibility.

The Wellington Rugby Club classes, which take place on Tuesdays from 10am until 11am and Fridays from 1.30pm until 2.30pm, are then followed by a cuppa and nibbles, including home baked goods, and fruits and nuts for “a balanced rainbow plate”.
The new Over 60s beginners class and free taster session will take place on Wednesday, September 17 from 11am until 12pm.
Low impact exercise is perfect for over 60s as it cuts down on the risks of sprains and injuries. Anyone over 60 is encouraged to take on some form of exercise in order to remain fit and healthy.
