WELLINGTON Choral Society is holding a ‘Come and Sing’ event on Saturday, June 15, from 10am to 1pm at Wellington Prep School Hall, South Street.
Publicity officer Lucy Watson said: “We are a friendly choral society and welcome all singers.
“This is an opportunity to come and try us out and see if you would like to sing with us.
“We will be learning bits from Mozart’s Requiem in preparation for our autumn concert.
“Our musical director Laurence Blyth will be leading the event and helping all new singers.
“We look forward to seeing you there.
“Bring your own drinks and cake and biscuits will be provided.”
