OAKTREE Court Care Home is supporting an annual charity dance next month organised by Wellington couple Ken and Jeanette Bird.

The dance, in Wellington Football Club on June 14, will support St Margaret’s Hospice and will see Stuart Horne present a tribute to Elvis.

A spokesperson for the home, which has given a hamper for auction, said: “We are delighted to support the charity dance again, gifting our signature orange hamper.

“We are proud to contribute to such a meaningful cause.”

Mr Bird said: “With less than a month to go, ticket sales are going well and are still available.

“We are hoping it will be another great night for a brilliant local cause.”
