PASSENGERS in Wellington and West Somerset with grumbles about the Nos 22, 25, 26, and 28 buses can put their complaints to First Bus managers face to face next week.

But, unless they drive, they may need to catch a bus to do so.

First Bus managers will be waiting to meet them as they alight at the Castle Way stop, in Taunton, from 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday (May 28).

They will explain recent network changes and talk through services issues to encourage people to try the bus again.

First Bus South operations director Rebecca Mantyk said: “We want to hear from you, we really value what people tell us and feedback from the travelling public is always welcome.”
