The graffiti-covered bus shelter in the heart of Uffculme is set to be renovated by the village’s Green Team with support from Coldharbour Mill.

Uffculme Parish Council approved the plans at its latest meeting and has agreed to support the project going forward.

The renovated shelter will highlight the history of Coldharbour Mill, as well as its upcoming events and activities for visitors and the community.

Green Team volunteers will work on the bus shelter – which it is hoped to make vandal-proof – over the winter, ready for it to be unveiled next spring.
