A WELLINGTON man who breached a harassment order has been ordered by magistrates to attend an alcohol treatment course for six months and to carry out 150 hours of unpaid community work under the supervision of the probation service.
Ashley Oliver, aged 35, of Bulford, pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to going to an address from which he was banned in Taunton on January 29 last year.
Oliver also pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Wellington on December 10 last year and to being drunk and disorderly in South Street, Wellington, on the same day.
He was sentenced in Taunton Deane Magistrates Court on Thursday (May 7) and after taking his guilty pleas into account the magistrates also fined him £50.
