A WEST Buckland man has been given a suspended prison sentence after admitting making 19 indecent pseudo-photographs of children which fell into the A, B, and C classifications.

Ethan Calloway, aged 22, pleaded guilty to three charges when he appeared in Taunton Deane Magistrates Court in May.

He re-appeared for sentencing on Wednesday, July 15, and was given three jail terms totalling 30 weeks, which the magistrates suspended for 18 months.

Calloway was ordered to register with police as a sex offender for 10 years and to pay prosecution costs of £40 and a victim fund surcharge of £187.

He was also ordered to hand to the court his mobile phone and was made subject to a range of conditions restricting his use of digital devices.
