SOMERSET Council is closing Seymour Street in Wellington from the junction with Waterloo Road to the junction with Holyoake Street for a total distance of 272 metres.

This closure is to enable Complete Utilities to carry out overhead cabling works on behalf of National Grid.

The works are expected to commence on April 20 2026 and last until June 2 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 44 days.
