Police are appealing for witnesses after an allotment was hit by an arson attack.
A shed was burnt to the ground and significant damage caused to a second shed nearby, at the allotment off Exeter Road in Rockwell Green.
The outbuilding was set on fire overnight, on Thursday, April 25.
Wellington's Neighbourhood Policing Sgt, Kat Forrest, said: “The allotment community take great pride and considerable time and effort in maintaining their plots and it is a shame that someone’s property has been damaged like this.

“As an allotment enthusiast myself, I know how devastated I would be.
“I would like to encourage the community to remain vigilant and consider removing any flammables to reduce the risk of fire.”
