THE nominees in a by-election to be held on February 23 to fill a vacant seat on Wellington Town Council for the Rockwell Green ward have been announced.

They are: Keiran Mathew Canham (Labour); Mark Raymond Lithgow (Liberal Democrats); Lynda Russell-Davies (Conservative); Nicholas Andrew Smith (Independent).
