STUDENTS from Court Fields School in Wellington had to put up with wet conditions on a hike on Dartmoor as part of their Ten Tors training.

The Year 10 students, along with Mr Dickson and Mr Greenfield, had to wear full waterproofs to protect themselves from the elements on the Saturday morning.

But after practising putting up tents in the relative shelter or Fernworthy Forest the sun eventually came out and they enjoyed their sandwiches on the top of Kes Tor with views of Castle Drogo in the distance.

The Ten Tors event will take place in May 2016.
