WELLINGTON's former captain Glen Wright will miss the club's big Boxing Day clash at home to Bridgwater United in the Premier Division of the Toolstation League.

Wright, one of the side's most consistent performers, is away at Norwich over the Christmas period.

Wellington, of course, will also be without Kieran Ireland who has joined league rivals Clevedon who are having a fine season.

Wellington are expecting a big crowd for Boxing Day's game which kicks off at 1p.m.
