LOCAL boy Noah Brown is one of the real success stories for the Exeter City Development Centre which has been running at King’s College in Taunton for just over a year, writes Richard Walsh.
The 13 year old, who lives in Wellington where he attends Court Fields School, joined the Development Centre when it was first established and since then he has thoroughly enjoyed the training and supportive expertise of all the coaches.
In September this year he attended trials for the Exeter Performance Centre which he has now progressed onto.
At the Exeter City Performance Centre he is enjoying the opportunity to develop his skills and strategic awareness of the game.
Noah prefers to play in midfield where he likes being the centre cog of the team and thrives on hard fought battles for control of this part of the pitch.
The 13 year old plays locally for Wellington and also for FC Bridgwater.
Long term the football mad youngster would like to make a career from football and sees himself playing and involved with the sport throughout his life and the way he is going, if he continues to work hard then there is no reason why that shouldn’t happen.
