WELLINGTON will be looking to bounce back after their mid-week cup loss when they play away to Newquay AFC in the Premier Division of the Jewson Western Football League this afternoon (Sat, Nov 8).
Wellington put up a spirited display before losing 4-0 away to Southern League outfit Taunton Town in the Somerset Premier Cup on Wednesday night, three of the goals coming in the last 17 minutes.
Newquay are lying eighth in the Premier Division, having won Premier West in the Peninsula League last season. Wellington are down in 16th spot, but have games in hand on teams around them.
Wellington Reserves play at home to Colyton in the Premier Division of the Devon & Exeter League, with a 2.15p.m. kick-off.
