IT WAS a quiet week for members competitions at Oake Manor Golf Club with only three being staged.

On Monday the Seniors section played a Stableford Competition for “The John Matthews Putter”. Alan Harman was the clear winner scoring 43 points.

Dave Kinnear won division one with 41 points, Seniors Captain Mike Amos came second also with 41 points while Paul Scribbins was third with 39 points.

The Ladies played a Stableford Competition on Tuesday, Mary Beakes won division one with 41 points, Amanda Mather came second with 40 points while Liz How was third with 39 points.

Jill Ramus was the overall winner of division two with 41 points, Patricia Campbell was second with 38 points while Catherine Drysdale came third with 37 points.

Daniel Bidgway won the Wednesday Midweek Stableford Competition with a superb score of 44 points, James Macey came second with 42 points while Stuart Coleman was third with 41 points.
