LAND Girls are back on top of the Wellington Ladies Skittles League after beating Pin & Tonics by 33 pins with Tina Coles hitting 54.

They take over from Water Babies who lost by 14 pins against Jolly Blues who remain 100 per cent with Ali Campbell top scoring with 55.

Champions All Blacks suffered their second defeat when they lost by ten pins against Muppets who move up to second spot. Emily Milton and Tina Milton top scored for Muppets with 32.

Wobbly Pins were involved in the most exciting match of the night, the scores against LOS Spare finishing on 311.
