WELLINGTON continue their build-up to the new rugby season with an away match against Taunton Warriors tomorrow (Wed, Aug 27, 7.15p.m.).
Wellington, who play away to Okehampton in their opening match in Regional Two South West on Saturday, September 6, beat Bridgwater & Albion 29-26 at home in their first warm-up game last week.
Will Hodgson, brother of Wellington’s skipper George, was the star of the show, snapping up a hat-trick of tries in the Albion game which was watched by a big crowd at the Athletic Ground.
Wellington also start the season with a new head coach, Bradley Field, who has taken over from Graham Dawe, and has announced he plans to play himself this season.
