WELLINGTON Rugby Club’s two senior sides will be playing in different divisions next season following relegation.

The first team finished bottom of Regional Two South West last season, losing all 22 of their matches. They ended on minus two points, 27 points behind the next placed side Cullompton.

Weston super Mare were the stand-out side last season, winning all 22 of their games and finishing 17 points clear of second-placed Tiverton.

The teams in Counties One Western North next season are: Burnham on Sea, Chard, Cheltenham, Cinderford 2nds, Clifton 2nds, Dings Crusaders 2nds, Gordon League, Gordano, Midsomer Norton, Old Bristolians, Old Redcliffians 2nds and Wellington.

Wellington’s second string will be playing in Counties Four Somerset South with the following teams: Bridgwater & Albion 3rds, Crewkerne, Hornets 4ths, Morganians, Minehead Barbarians 2nds, North Petherton 3rds, Tor 2nds, Wells 2nds, Weston super Mare 3rds, Wincanton, and Yeovil 2nds.
