BELL Green will be looking to stretch their lead at the top of Wellington Ex-Services Skittles League’s Gerald Thorne Championship when they play lowly Report Centre A at the Vic (upstairs) on Friday, December 12.
The Green have opened up a five-point lead over second-placed Cottage Pies who play Rebels at the Cottage. Relyon, who have the same number of points as the Pies but have played one more game, play Fireguard A at the Conservative Club (downstairs).
At the other end of the table, bottom side Club Rockers entertain Shooters at the R G Institute.
In the Chris Bullock Championship the following Thursday, December 18, top of the table Ex-Servicemen play King Pins at the Cottage Inn, while Mowers are involved in a big match against Scuppas at Wellington Football Club.
Meanwhile, the semi-finals of the Ken Bright Cup are being staged next Wednesday, December 17, with Bell Green playing Home Guard IV, while Mowers face King Pins.
