WELLINGTON will include at least four trialists in their side for this evening's (Thurs) away friendly against Bishops Lydeard (7.p.m.)

One of these will be striker Nico Cottle who scored for Wellington in their 5-1 defeat at Brislington on Tuesday night.

"We're taking a good look at some of these players this week," said Wellington's assistant player-manager Jack Porter.

"We will be narrowing the squad down as we approach our first league game of the season next week."

Wellington end their warm-up games with a match at Bishops Sutton on Saturday.

One player who will not be involved in pre-season is defender Mark Cornish who missed much of last season through injury.

"Mark is only in light training and it will be some time before we see him playing again," added Porter. "But he is very much in our plans."
