THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of producing a class B drug after police raided a Wellington property.
Avon and Somerset Police arrested three men on Wednesday morning (February 12) after executing a search warrant at a property in Scott’s Lane.
The men, who were said to be aged in their 20s, 30s and 40s, were arrested on suspicion of the production of a class B drug and remain in police custody.
One person told the Wellington Weekly News they had seen six police vehicles travel at speed along Wellington’s High Street ahead of the arrest.
A total of 16 drug related crimes were reported to Avon and Somerset Police for the Wellington area in 2024.
