WELLINGTON-born digital entertainment news reporter and presenter Flynn West has attended the official Television Awards Quiz Night in London.

One of just 30 creators invited by BAFTA from across the UK, the 23-year old was invited to the evening celebrating British television, which included quiz rounds covering everything from major dramas like Happy Valley to popular shows such as Strictly Come Dancing and Heartstopper.

Flynn said: “We were welcomed with drinks, food, and the chance to connect with other creators working across the industry. Being invited to a selective BAFTA event like this felt like a great achievement.”

The quiz night comes just days before the 2026 British Academy Television Awards on Sunday, May 10, at the Royal Festival Hall.
