The emergency services turned out in force when a cyclist was involved in a collision with a van in Longforth Road, Wellington.

Devon Air Ambulance responded to the incident on Thursday lunchtime and landed on Howard Road green.

But the injured cyclist, a man in his 40s, was taken by road ambulance to Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.
