FLY-tippers have struck again at a notorious spot in Wellington just days after it was revealed that in the past two years Somerset Council has only taken one fly-tipping case to court.
A large reddish colour armchair could be seen dumped in a hedge in Tonedale, off Milverton Road, on Wednesday (October 9) with vehicle tracks clearly visible in the mud beside it.
