A WELLINGTON woman is due to appear in court later this month after a multi-vehicle crash on the M5 motorway left a man in hospital.
Two other people were also injured in the three-car crash, which happened at about 6 pm on Monday (January 8) between junction 28 for Cullompton and Exeter's junction 29
There were lengthy delays on the southbound carriageway near Cullompton while the ambulance service and police attended the scene.
Paramedics rushed a man in his 60s to hospital in Exeter where he was treated for injuries which police said were not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.

A 65-year-old Wellington woman was later charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis of any alcohol content.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said the woman was then released on bail to appear before magistrates in Exeter on January 25.
