WELLINGTON Ladies Liz Deem and Sue Rackley have won a Ladies Doubles Tournament held at Bridgwater Tennis Club on a beautiful sunny day.

They won all their box matches and then went on to win their semi-final against very useful opponents. They defeated Ann and Sarah in the final.

The Bridgwater club organised a super day and provided a delicious ploughman's lunch during the event.

Bridgwater chair Carole Beach presented Liz and Sue, who is chair of the Wellington Tennis Club, with the winning shield.
